Delete Your TRGS Account

This page explains how an authorised account holder can request permanent deletion of a TRGS account and its associated cloud-linked operational data.

Deletion Request

Request Account Deletion

To request deletion, send an email from the address associated with the TRGS account to:

Email Account Deletion Request

Use the subject line: TRGS Account Deletion Request

Include:

Verification

Confirming Account Ownership

TRGS may ask for reasonable additional information to confirm that the requester is the authorised account holder or is acting with authority from the account-holding organisation.

This verification is intended to prevent an unauthorised person from deleting another operation’s account or equipment records.

The request should normally be sent from the same email address used for the TRGS account.

Data Removed

What Will Be Deleted

After account ownership has been verified, deletion will normally include:

Account deletion is permanent. Deleted cloud-linked records may not be recoverable after the deletion process has been completed.

Local Device Records

Data Stored on Phones or Other Devices

TRGS is designed for offline-first operation. Some records may therefore remain stored locally on Android devices that previously accessed the account.

Deleting the cloud account may not automatically erase local records from a device that is offline, no longer connected to the account, lost, damaged, or outside the control of TRGS.

To remove local TRGS data from an authorised device, use the application’s available deletion or sign-out controls and, where necessary, clear the application’s stored data or uninstall the application from that device.

The account-holding operation remains responsible for controlling its authorised devices and removing any locally retained or previously exported copies.

Exported Information

Copies Previously Shared or Exported

Account deletion does not remove reports, spreadsheets, messages, emails, backups, or other copies previously exported or shared by users outside TRGS.

Those copies must be deleted separately by the relevant device holder, recipient, or operating organisation.

Processing Time

When Deletion Will Be Completed

A verified deletion request will normally be completed within 30 days.

Additional time may be required where there is a genuine account-ownership dispute, suspected fraud, security incident, legal restriction, or other issue that must be resolved before deletion can safely proceed.

Confirmation will be sent to the requester when the account-deletion process has been completed.

Limited Retention

Information That May Be Retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigation, dispute handling, enforcement of legal rights, or required financial and transaction records.

Any information retained for these purposes will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and will not remain available as an active TRGS operational account.

Google Play may independently retain subscription and transaction records under Google’s own policies and legal obligations. TRGS does not control deletion of information held directly within a user’s Google Play account.

Subscription

Account Deletion and Google Play Cancellation

Deleting a TRGS account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription.

Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the Google Play account used to purchase TRGS.

Likewise, cancelling a Google Play subscription does not automatically delete the TRGS account or its associated cloud-linked operational data.

In-App Option

Delete an Account from TRGS

Where the account-deletion control is available in the installed application, an authorised account holder may also initiate deletion directly through the TRGS account or settings controls.

This public web page provides an external deletion route for users who no longer have the application installed or cannot access the in-app deletion function.

Before Deleting

Preserve Any Records You Still Require

Before requesting deletion, export any equipment records that the operation is required to retain for maintenance, inspection, insurance, legal, audit, or business-continuity purposes.

TRGS is not responsible for restoring records after permanent account deletion has been completed.
