1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using TRGS, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use and the other legal documents referenced by the application.

2. Intended Purpose
TRGS is intended to support operational tracking, record visibility, and governance of tanks, regulators, and related inspection or service data within dive operations and similar equipment control environments.

3. Permitted Use
You may use TRGS only for lawful internal operational, administrative, training, and governance purposes. You must not use the application in any way that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, disruptive, or intended to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

4. Operator Responsibility
The operator remains responsible for the accuracy of entered records, inspection practices, servicing decisions, equipment status decisions, and all operational actions taken on the basis of any information viewed in the application.

5. Account Access and Device Control
Where login credentials, local sign in, biometric access, or future cloud linked access controls are used, the user or operating entity remains responsible for maintaining control of authorised devices, credentials, and internal access permissions.

6. Availability and Release Stage
TRGS may change over time as features are refined, security is tightened, subscription handling is introduced, and release stages move from testing to wider public availability. Features may be modified, limited, suspended, or replaced as part of normal software development and release control.

7. Subscription and Paid Access
Public or restricted paid access models may apply to future production releases of TRGS, including recurring subscription arrangements distributed through Google Play or other approved channels. Pricing, billing terms, renewal structure, and promotional access arrangements will be presented through the relevant commercial platform at the time of purchase or activation.

8. No Transfer of Operational Responsibility
Use of TRGS does not transfer operational accountability, equipment responsibility, maintenance responsibility, legal compliance responsibility, or supervisory responsibility away from the operator, technician, manager, owner, or relevant organisation.

9. Intellectual Property
TRGS, including its structure, interface, naming, written content, software logic, and associated branding, remains protected intellectual property except where third party rights apply. Use of the application does not transfer ownership of the software or its underlying materials.

10. Suspension or Termination
Access to TRGS may be limited, suspended, or terminated where necessary for security, testing control, release control, breach response, payment status handling, technical maintenance, or legal protection.

11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated as the application evolves. Continued use of TRGS after an updated version is presented or linked constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
