TRGS is free to download. Creating a new operational account requires an active subscription unless a separately authorised access arrangement applies.
A principal authorised user creates the operational account. Additional trusted staff devices can access the active account where approved by the account-holding operation.

Records created or changed offline are not visible on another device until successful synchronisation has occurred.

Current Operating Boundaries
Clear About What TRGS Does and Does Not Do
- The main dashboard highlights equipment approaching entered due dates within the current 30-day warning period. It is not a complete long-range maintenance forecast.
- TRGS records the latest equipment location entered by authorised users. It does not physically track equipment using GPS.
- Offline changes become visible to other devices only after successful synchronisation.
- Successfully synchronised records may be recoverable on another device. Records never synchronised cannot be guaranteed recoverable.
- TRGS maintains current records and limited previous values. It should not automatically be treated as a complete lifetime technical archive.
- TRGS supports operational control but does not inspect, certify, service or determine whether equipment is safe or legally compliant.
