System

Tank records. Regulator records. Live location control. Structured record logic for operators who need clear equipment oversight across one or multiple phone based systems.

Tank Records

Inspection Visibility and Asset Control

Tank records support structured capture of tank ID, barcode, serial number, material, size, gas content, VIP dates, hydro dates, hydro interval, location, notes, and operational status.

Hydro and VIP dates are displayed through clear warning logic so staff can quickly identify cylinders approaching due dates or already outside interval.

Hydro interval settings are user defined, allowing each operator to match the interval used in their own operating environment.

This keeps inspection state and equipment condition visible without relying on paper logs, spreadsheets, or informal memory.

Regulator Records

Service History and Component Traceability

Regulator records support barcode linked retrieval, regulator ID logging, first stage serial tracking, service date logging, location, notes, and operational status visibility.

Regulator service intervals are displayed through warning logic so users can quickly identify units due soon or overdue for service.

Each regulator can be individually tracked across service cycles and operational use.

Equipment Organisation

Flexible Asset Identification

TRGS can be used with barcode tags, QR tags, tank numbers, serial numbers, or other practical equipment identifiers already used by an operator.

Barcode or QR tags attached with small zip ties are one practical option, but they are not required for system use.

The system does not supply physical tags. It supports the identification method that best fits the operator's setup.

Live Tracking

See What Is Where Across Multiple Locations

TRGS supports practical live tracking of tanks and regulators across one site or multiple operating locations under the same account.

A real world example would be an operator with a main dive centre, a beach base, and a second satellite location sharing tanks and regulators between all three sites.

When equipment arrives at the next location, the receiving staff member can scan the barcode or search the tank number or regulator record, use the Quick Move control, and update the location immediately.

That movement is saved with a date and time stamp so any other authorised user on the same account can immediately see where that equipment is now located.

This allows all equipment to remain actively governed and controllable rather than disappearing into verbal handovers or informal memory.

Status Logic

Clear Equipment State Separation

TRGS uses structured status pathways including Active, Inactive, and Approved to Quarantine. This allows operators to clearly separate equipment currently in service from equipment awaiting review, servicing, or withdrawal.

Operational Design

Offline First by Design

TRGS is designed around an offline first operating model with durable local persistence and realistic point of use access.

Multiple users can operate under one account, either as live updating users when internet is available or as local first users who sync once a connection is found.

The objective is practical reliability in dive centre environments where connectivity cannot always be assumed.

Cloud Sync and Recovery

Sync When Connectivity Returns

Records can be captured during offline use and later synchronised when internet access becomes available.

Once data is synced, it is stored in the cloud and remains safe even if a phone is lost, damaged, or replaced.

A user can log into the same account on a new device and recover synchronised data without losing operational continuity.

Reporting

Generate and Send Reports Quickly

Reports can be generated from multiple screens and exported as Excel documents for operational review, servicing visibility, and equipment reporting.

These files can then be sent to any relevant person through internet based channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or email.

Storage Efficiency

Very Small Data Use

TRGS uses very little local storage relative to the operational value it provides.

Working estimates are approximately 1 to 3 MB for 100 tanks and 100 regulators with full records, and approximately 10 to 30 MB for 1000 tanks and 1000 regulators with full records.

This is operationally very small compared with many common phone apps that store far larger volumes of local media, chat, and cached content.

The result is efficient local use without creating meaningful storage pressure on a modern Android device.

Access Security

Safe Login and Practical Access

Login can be protected through fingerprint access for practical day to day security on device.

This helps keep operational records accessible to authorised users while maintaining a safer login process in working environments.
