1. Acceptance of This Agreement
By downloading, installing, creating an account, purchasing or activating a subscription, signing in to, or using TRGS, you agree to this End User License Agreement.

This agreement should be read together with the TRGS Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclosures. If you use TRGS on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept this agreement on its behalf.

2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this agreement and any applicable subscription requirements, TRGS grants the account-holding individual or organisation a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the application for internal operational, administrative, inspection-tracking, maintenance-record, and equipment-governance purposes.

The account-holding organisation may permit its authorised personnel to use TRGS on approved devices for the organisation’s internal operations. This does not permit resale, sublicensing, external commercial distribution, or access by unrelated third parties.

3. TRGS Is Licensed, Not Sold
TRGS is licensed to users and is not sold. Purchasing a subscription provides a right to use the application during the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership of the application, source code, software logic, database structure, interface, workflows, documentation, branding, or associated intellectual property.

4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in TRGS and its associated materials remain with the owner of the application, except for third-party software, services, trademarks, or materials owned by their respective rights holders.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this agreement.

5. Scope of Licensed Use
TRGS may be used to manage and review tank and regulator records, serial numbers, barcodes, inspection dates, hydrostatic test dates, regulator-service dates, equipment status, location, movement records, notes, exports, and related operational information.

The application may be used by dive centres, liveaboards, training facilities, compressor stations, remote operations, and similar organisations responsible for tank and regulator control.

6. Subscription and Access
Access to TRGS may require an active subscription purchased through Google Play. Subscription prices, billing periods, renewal terms, introductory offers, local currency values, and applicable taxes are displayed through Google Play at the time of purchase.

Subscription management, payment processing, cancellation, renewal, and applicable refund handling are provided through Google Play. TRGS may use subscription-status information supplied through Google Play to determine whether application access should remain active.

7. Authorised Users and Account Control
The account holder or operating entity is responsible for deciding which personnel may access the operational account.

Authorised users must protect account credentials, restrict access to approved devices, and prevent unauthorised persons from viewing, changing, exporting, or deleting operational records.

The operating entity remains responsible for all activity performed through its account, including activity by personnel who were given access by the organisation.

8. Restrictions
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or commercially distribute TRGS.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to obtain the application’s source code.
• Create derivative software based on TRGS or its protected workflows.
• Bypass subscription validation, access controls, authentication, security measures, or technical restrictions.
• Access or attempt to access another operation’s account or records without authorisation.
• Interfere with, overload, damage, disrupt, or test the vulnerability of the application or its cloud services without written authorisation.
• Use TRGS for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious purpose.
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, ownership, or legal notices associated with TRGS.

9. User and Operational Records
Ownership of operational records entered by users remains with the relevant account holder or operating entity.

The account holder grants TRGS and its service providers a limited right to process, store, transmit, synchronise, back up, and display those records only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and support the application.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that information entered into TRGS is accurate, lawful, appropriate, and maintained by authorised personnel.

10. Offline Records and Cloud Synchronisation
TRGS is designed for offline-first use. Records may be stored locally and may later be synchronised through cloud services when internet connectivity is available.

Records created or changed while offline are not available to other devices until successful synchronisation occurs. Data existing only on a device may be lost if that device is lost, damaged, cleared, reset, or removed before synchronisation.

Successfully synchronised records may be recoverable when an authorised user signs in on another compatible device. Recovery cannot be guaranteed for records that were never successfully synchronised.

11. Third-Party Services
TRGS relies on third-party technology and services, including Google Play and Google Firebase, for functions such as subscriptions, authentication, cloud storage, and synchronisation.

TRGS is not responsible for failures caused solely by a third-party platform, internet provider, device manufacturer, operating system, service provider, or network outside its reasonable control.

12. Updates and Compatibility
TRGS may issue software updates, fixes, security changes, feature additions, feature removals, database changes, access restrictions, or compatibility requirements.

Continued access may require installation of an updated application version, use of a supported Android device, acceptance of revised legal terms, internet access for validation or synchronisation, and maintenance of an active subscription.

TRGS is not required to support every device, Android version, operating environment, workflow, or third-party integration indefinitely.

13. Suspension and Termination
This license and access to TRGS may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where reasonably necessary because of:

• Subscription expiry, cancellation, refund, or failed validation.
• Breach of this agreement or the Terms of Use.
• Suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorised access.
• A security threat or technical risk.
• Application maintenance or required updates.
• A legal, regulatory, or platform requirement.
• Discontinuation of the application or a relevant service.

When the license ends, the user must stop using the application except where limited access remains available for lawful account or data-management purposes.

14. Subscription Cancellation and Account Deletion
Cancelling a Google Play subscription does not automatically delete the TRGS account or associated cloud-linked records.

An authorised account holder may request account deletion using the in-app deletion function where available or through the external Delete Account resource.

15. Operational Responsibility
TRGS is an operational record and governance support tool. It does not inspect, test, service, certify, approve, quarantine, or determine whether any tank, regulator, or other item is safe or legally compliant.

The relevant owner, operator, manager, technician, inspector, or responsible person remains accountable for:

• Equipment condition and serviceability.
• Inspection and hydrostatic test intervals.
• Regulator servicing and repair decisions.
• Equipment quarantine and return-to-service decisions.
• Manufacturer requirements.
• Applicable laws, standards, insurance requirements, and operating procedures.
• The accuracy and completeness of records entered into TRGS.

TRGS must not be relied upon as the sole basis for a safety-critical, legal, inspection, servicing, maintenance, or operational decision.

16. No Guarantee of Record Accuracy
TRGS displays information entered or synchronised by users. It does not independently verify that tank numbers, serial numbers, inspection dates, hydrostatic test dates, regulator-service dates, equipment status, locations, movement records, or notes are accurate or current.

Users must review and verify important records before relying on them.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRGS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

No warranty is given that TRGS will:

• Operate continuously, securely, or without error.
• Be compatible with every device, Android version, workflow, or jurisdiction.
• Prevent all data loss, duplication, conflict, or unauthorised access.
• Meet every operational, legal, inspection, maintenance, or commercial requirement.
• Recover records that were not successfully synchronised.

Nothing in this agreement limits any warranty or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRGS and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-interruption losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the application.

This includes loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of operational use, loss or corruption of data, equipment downtime, replacement costs, or claims arising from inaccurate or incomplete user-entered records.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Enforcement and Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce any provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

20. Changes to This Agreement
This End User License Agreement may be updated when TRGS changes its functions, subscriptions, service providers, security controls, licensing model, or operating requirements.

The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Continued use after an updated agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
