How to Request Deletion
Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your TRGS account, email: assetgovernance@outlook.com
Please include the email address associated with your TRGS account so the request can be matched to the correct account record.
What Will Be Deleted
Account and Cloud Linked Data
When a valid deletion request is processed, the TRGS account and associated cloud linked account data under that account will be scheduled for deletion.
What May Be Retained
Limited Retention Where Required
Certain minimal records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, security, or financial record keeping. If such retention applies, the retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Processing Position
Deletion Timing
Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period after identity or account ownership is verified and any required administrative checks are completed.
